Once there Lived a King
called Akbar, He had a Wise and Talented Minister called Birbal, On a fine
evening they were Discussing about Some of the important plans for improving
agriculture in their Province, there were a Basket full of Mangos kept on the
table with a Knife present there, after the meeting Akbar the King in a
Curiosity to Taste the Mangos, took the Knife and started to Slice the Mango’s,
During this process The sharp Knife Cut the Kings Pointing Finger, there was
blood flowing from his hand. He started to
Shout in Pain, at that Birbal said
This pain will go away in few seconds king “All is Well”, Akbar hearing this Got angry and asked the Security
guards to Take Birbal to Prison for making such a statement when he was in such
a Pain.
One
Week Later, Akbar with three other soldiers went to the forest for hunting, they
hunted many animals ,Akbar became very interested and went in search of more animals
deep into the forest, after some time he
came to know that he was totally lost and there was some sounds of Barbarians
nearby ,in Quick interval of time they hit the King and took him to their
place, when Akbar Gained Consciousness he found he was tied up and barbarians
were dancing around him and a Barbarian was having a Long AXE in his hand and a
Rock which was Sculptured was in front of him which was decorated. There was
also a Garland in Akbar’s Neck. He came to relate everything and understand
that they are going to sacrifice him to God by cutting his Head, When The barbarian
Raised the AXE Akbar Closed his Eyes. But there was a sound from a older
barbarian “Stop It There is a Wound in his Hand, We cannot Sacrifice Wounded
Peoples to our God”. The barbarian with the AXE Cut the Rope tied to Akbar and said
“Now you are Free, You can go now”.
Akbar Reached his Palace and Immediately went to prison and Asked securities to free Birbal, he said what you said is Right “All is well” Now am alive because of the wound while cutting the mangoes, am really sorry that I have Locked you in the Prison for Without Understanding, Birbal left a Smile and said “All is Well”. Akbar with Curiosity asked him “Why are you saying like this?” .Birbal Replied “ no king if you have not locked me into the Prison, I would have come with you and The barbarians would have sacrificed me instead of you as there was no wound in my body” . Akbar and the security guards started laughing hearing this. Birbal Was highly known for his intelligence and Humour, This Story is one of the Best stories of Akbar and Birbal which can be told to kids as a moral story to build a positive Mind set to Kids.
